This is the cookbook that Valerie wrote right after she lost all of that weight and she looks really good Much of the food sounds very tasty and quite delicious However, much of it also is stuff that I would not care to make So kind of a double edge sword I really enjoyed the pictures and some of the stories that went with some of the recipes I wish that there werepictures that went with the recipes Some of the recipes require many ingredients while others not so much Either way thi This is the cookbook that Valerie wrote right after she lost all of that weight and she looks really good Much of the food sounds very tasty and quite delicious However, much of it also is stuff that I would not care to make So kind of a double edge sword I really enjoyed the pictures and some of the stories that went with some of the recipes I wish that there werepictures that went with the recipes Some of the recipes require many ingredients while others not so much Either way this book is really worth a look through

Excellent Both a cookbook and memoir The recipes are real life and easily prepared, and full of flavor, but most of all, I enjoyed hearing the love come through for the people in her life, particularly Wolfie, Tom and Dominic Definitely a cookbook to both read and cook from.
